JakartaBicara, Maluku – Kepolisian Daerah Maluku menggelar rapat koordinasi (Rakor) tentang pembahasan penanganan konflik sosial di Pulau Haruku, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah.
Rakor bersama tim terpadu penanganan konflik sosial Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dilaksanakan di Rupatama Polda Maluku, Kota Ambon, Selasa (24/5/2022).
Rakor bersama tim terpadu penanganan konflik sosial Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dilaksanakan di Rupatama Polda Maluku, Kota Ambon, Selasa (24/5/2022), yang dipimpin bersama oleh Kapolda Maluku, Irjen Pol Lotharia Latif, Pangdam XVI/Pattimura, Mayjen TNI Richard Tampubolon, dan Wakil Gubernur Maluku, Barnabas Orno.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut yakni Bupati Maluku Tengah, Abua Tuasikal beserta tim terpadu penanganan konflik sosial, Pejabat Utama Polda dan Kodam Pattimura, Danrem 151/Binaiya, Wakabinda Maluku, Kapolresta Ambon, dan Dandim 1504 Ambon.
Kapolda Maluku dalam pengantarnya mengajak seluruh peserta rapat untuk memanjatkan puji dan syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
“Atas Rahmat-Nya, kita dapat hadir dalam Rapat Koordinasi dalam rangka pembahasan penanganan konflik sosial di Polda Maluku,” ajaknya.
Kapolda meminta kepada tim terpadu agar dapat melaksanakan tiga hal penting. Yaitu segera melakukan rekonsiliasi. Ia berharap rekonsiliasi digelar melalui dialog damai. Ini diharapkan dapat melahirkan win-win solution.
“Mari kita mengutamakan dialog karena tanpa dialog tidak akan ada rekonsiliasi. Dialognya harus membawa semangat damai. Dialog membawa win win solution, tidak ada yang merasa kalah dan menang, dan kita jangan putus asa,” pintanya.
Selanjutnya, kata dia, yaitu Rekonstruksi. Tim ini diharapkan dapat menghitung biaya pembangunan rumah-rumah, termasuk tanaman warga yang rusak akibat konflik.
“Yang ketiga adalah rehabilitasi. Kami harapkan Pemda dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat yaitu menyangkut dengan sandang, pangan, papan, pendidikan dan kesehatan, jangan sampai mereka kekurangan,” pinta Kapolda.
Sementara itu, Wakil Gubernur Maluku menyarankan agar rakor yang dilaksanakan ini dapat membuahkan hasil yang nyata, yaitu mewujudkan rekonsiliasi damai untuk selamanya.
Senada dengan Kapolda, Pangdam XVI/Pattimura menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Kapolda Maluku yang telah memfasilitasi rakor hari ini dalam rangka penanganan konflik sosial di Pulau Haruku.
Ia mengaku sejauh ini Kodam Pattimura dan Polda Maluku selalu memonitor perkembangan tindak lanjut oleh tim terpadu penanganan konflik sosial.
Pangdam berharap semangat perdamaian antar sesama orang basudara di Maluku agar tetap konsisten, sehingga dapat bersama menuntaskan semua persoalan yang terjadi.
“Saya tidak hanya dari minggu ke minggu tapi dari detik ke detik bersama bapak Kapolda terus memonitor progres dari tim ini (tim terpadu Penanganan konflik sosial kabupaten Maluku Tengah),” katanya.
Sebelumnya, Bupati Maluku Tengah menyampaikan laporannya terhadap langkah-langkah penanganan konflik yang telah dilaksanakan. Diantaranya upaya rekonsiliasi, rekonstruksi dan rehabilitasi.
“Pemerintah Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dengan sumber daya yang ada, siap menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi di Maluku Tengah,” pungkasnya.
