Dari laporan kejadian di temukan mayat menggantung sekitar pukul. 10;30 wib, hari senin tanggal (11-7-2022), dari penelusuran sebelum nya, bhabinkantibmas desa tanjung Aiptu Djoko, S menerima informasi dari dukuh alang alang ombo desa tanjung rt 18 rw o3.
Bahwa nenek darmi hilang, umur 69 tahun sejak tanggal 5-7-2022, namun pencarian belum membuahkan hasil, setelah di evakuasi dan korban di lakukan sekitar pukul 12:10wib, dengan memandu jenazah korban kurang lebih 3 km dari titik gantung diri korban dari jalan raya.
Dan pelaksanaan otopsi oleh pihak puskesmas tidak ada tanda tanda penganiayaan, dan evakuasi tersebut berjalan dengan tertib. Sumber kejadian di bantu oleh, kapolsek pakis aji Iptu Budiyanto, camat pakis aji Arif Budiyanto, kanit reskrim Aiptu Tegoh, Aipda dwi Awan, petinggi desa tanjung dwi ganoto, bhabinkamtibmas djoko .s, babinsa desa tanjung Kopka khunderin, tim sar, relawan, dan masyarakat desa tanjung pakis aji Jepara.
