Kepala Cabang PT Pelni Cabang Manado Bitung Herman Hamid SE saat di konfirmasi menjelaskan, “Hari ini kami ada kegiatan tiga kapal Penumpang yaitu KM Tatamailau yang tiba pada Pukul Sekitar 09.00 Wita,dan Selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan KM Labobar Tiba tadi jam 01.00 Siang, dan sedangkan KM Sinabung Akan tiba sebentar malam sekitar pukul 10.00 Wita, “ucapnya
Pantauan awak media penumpang yang berangkat melonjak untuk arah ke papua, sedangkan yang turun di pelabuhan bitung cukup lumayan banyak sekitar 740 penumpang
“KM Labobar tadi menurunkan penumpang sebanyak 740 (Tujuh ratus Empat Puluh) orang, dan sedangkan penumpang naik sebanyak 10,60 (Seribu enam Puluh) Orang, “ungkapnya
“Kami menghimbau kepada masyarakat atau para calon penumpang yang ingin menggunakan transportasi laut hari ini tanggal 17 Juli 2022, ada pemberlakuan perjalanan persyaratan bagi kapal Laut. yakni Vaksin ke Tiga tidak perlu Antigen, Vaksin ke dua harus memiliki Antigen dan sedangkan Vaksin Pertama harus melakukan PCR dan itu salah satu persyaratan perjalanan menggunakan kapal laut yaitu Kapal Pelni,” Jelas Herman.
