Media Suara Mabes Pesisir Barat – Ketua Umum TP PKK Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Septi Istiqlal Menghadiri Acara Bulanan Imunisasi Nasional (BIAN), (Jumat/03/2022)
BIAN dilaksanakan di Pekon Labuhan Mandi Kecamatana Way Krui dan Pekon Menyancang kecamatan Karya Penggawa.
Ketua Umum TP PKK Kab.Pesisir Barat Septi Istiqlal didampingi Ketua I TP-PKK Kab.Pesisir Barat Yulnawati Zulqoini menghadiri Sekaligus Membuka Acara Bulan Imunisasi Nasional.
Turut Hadir Camat Way Krui, Camat Karya Penggawa Kepala Puskesmas Karya Penggawa, Peratin, Pengurus PKK Kabupaten, Pengurus PKK Kecamatan, Pengurus PKK Pekon, Aparat Pekon dan masyarakat setempat.
Dalam Sambutan Ketua Umum TP PKK Kab.Pesisir Barat menyampaikan imunisasi merupakan upaya pencegahan yang aman, berbiaya rendah dan berdampak besar dalam melindungi masyarakat dari berbagai penyakit yang dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3I).
Selanjutnya, BIAN merupakan moment penting untuk bersama-sama kita kejar ketertinggalan anak-anak kita, berikan imunisasi tambahan dan kejar status imunisasi mereka hingga lengkap. Upaya ini tidak hanya akan melindungi anak-anak yang menjadi sasaran BIAN, namun juga seluruh masyarakat.
Pemerintah Daerah serta lintas sektor terkait dalam upaya penyelenggaraan imunisasi anak di fasilitasi pelayanan kesehatan maupun pos pelayanan imunisasi selain pelaksana BIAN. Sementara Vaksin yang digunakan dalam imunisasi rutin dan BIAN telah mendapatkan prakualifikasi WHO sehingga aman, efektif dan memberikan perlindungan kekebalan yang memadai.
Kemudian itu, Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional adalah kegiatan pemberian imunisasi tambahan campak, rubela dan pemberian imunisasi kejar pada anak yang belum mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap.
Vaksin apa saja yang diberikan pada saat BIAN adalah vaksin campak-rubela, vaksin folio (OPV dan IPV), dan vaksin pentapalent (DPT-HB-HIB). semua vaksin yang digunakan telah mendapat rekomendasi WHO dan izin edar dari badan POM dan efektif untuk mencegah penyakit-penyakit tersebut. Demam ringan, ruam merah, bengkak ringan dan nyeri di tempat suntikan setelah imunisasi adalah reaksi normal yang akan hilang dalam 2-3 hari. Kejadian ikutan paska imunisasi (KIPI) yang serius sangat jarang terjadi , laporkan setiap keluhan yang dialami anak-anak.(Hijrah)
