JakartaBicara, Bitung – Kapolres Bitung Akbp Alam Kusuma S Irawan SH.SIK.MH. yang di dampingi Kasie Humas Ipda Iwan Setiyabudi, Kasat Reskrim AKP Muhammad Fadli, SIK, dan Kanit Jatanras Ipda Doly Irawan S.Tr.K pendamping Kapolres saat Presscon di depan Mako Polres Bitung mengenai perkara penganiayaan yang mengakibatkan korban AL meninggal dunia, Kamis (14/07/2022).

Dalam Presscon Kapolres Menjelaskan, “Pada hari senin tanggal 11 juli sekitar jam 22:00 Wita AO bersama korban dan SGB, Al, dan masih banyak orang lainnya yang saat itu berjumlah sekitar 20 orang sedang melakukan pesta miras di kompleks SMP 12 Kel Wangurer Barat Kec Madidir Kota Bitung.

“Di pesta miras korban dan pelaku L sempat terjadi adu mulut di tempat kejadian dan sempat di lerai oleh teman-teman nya yang ada di TKP.

Lanjut kapolres, dalam adu mulut tersebut terjadi adu fisik antara korban dan SGB dengan menggunakan tangan, yang di anggap korban membela AL, saat korban memukul SGB, tersangka AO langsung mengambil pisau milik tersangka AL lalu menebas pundak korban dari arah depan sebanyak satu kali.

Korban meminta pisau kepada AM dan pada saat itu AM membawa senjata tajam jenis pisau, awal nya AM tidak mau memberikan pisau kepada korban,namun karena korban memaksa, sehingga AM memberikan pisau tersebut kepada korban, kemudian saat itu juga korban menggunakan pisau milik AM tersebut untuk menganiaya tersangka SGB dengan cara menebas tubuh tersangka SGB dan mengenai bagian kepala samping kiri dan jari kelingking tangan kiri Tersangka SGB, “ucapnya

“Tersangka GSB lalu mengambil pisau badik miliknya yang di sembunyikan di semak semak sekitar TKP lalu menikam dada kiri korban sebanyak satu tikaman,dan setelah korban terjatuh para tersangka meninggalkan TKP.

“Akibat peristiwa tersebut korban mengalami luka di dada sebelah kiri yang mengakibatkan korban AL meninggal duniadi TKP, sedangkan tersangka SGB juga mengalami luka, “imbuhnya.

Untuk 3 tersangka di jerat dengan pasal 338 KUHP (15 tahun ) jo pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP sub pasal 170 ayat (2) ke 3 KUHP (12 Tahun ) pasal 2 ayat 1 UU Darurat No 12 Tahun 1951 (10 Tahun)

Adapun 2 barang bukti yang di sita pisau jenis badik milik tersangka SGB, dan pisau jenis badik pula milik tersangka AL, adapun pisau milik korban sampai sekarang masih dalam pencarian, “tutup Kapolres.
