JakartaBicara, Magelang – Satresnarkoba Polres Magelang berhasil mengungkap dan mengamankan terduga pengedar pil sapi beserta barang bukti berupa pil putih berlogo Y tanpa standar aman sebanyak belasan ribu butir. Terduga pengedar yakni FAP (20) warga Dusun Jombong, Desa Sudimoro, Kecamatan Srumbung, Kab. Magelang.

Kapolres Magelang AKBP. Mochammad Sajarod Zakun S.H,S.I.K. mengatakan, FAP berhasil diamankan pada 1 Juni 2022 sekira pukul 13.00 wib. FAP diamankan di rumahnya

di Dusun Jombong, Desa Sudimoro, Kecamatan Salam, Magelang beserta barang bukti.

“”Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan yakni berupa pil warna putih berlogo huruf Y/biasa disebut Pil Sapi tanpa standar aman sebanyak 12.975 butir,” ungkapnya di Mapolres Magelang, Kamis (21/7/2022).

Adapun pasal yang dikenakan Tindak Pidana Mengedarkan sediaan Farmasi yang tidak memenuhi standar aman dan tindak pidana kepemilikan Psikotropika sebagaimana Pasal 196 Undang-Undang Nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan, dengan pidana penjara paling lama 10 (sepuluh) tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp. 1.000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah.

“Dan Pasal 62 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 tahun 1997 tentang Psikotropika dengan pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp. 100.000.000,- (seratus juta rupiah),” tegas Sajarod.

Kapolres menambahkan karena barang bukti yang diamankan tergolong besar maka pihaknya tidak akan berhenti pada FAP.

“Kita akan terus melakukan penyelidikan dan pengembangan guna mengungkap siapa sebenarnya penyedia barang tersebut,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu Kaurbinops Satresnarkoba Polres Magelang, IPTU M. Honi Zulqirom mengungkapkan, sebelumnya petugas mendapat informasi dari masyarakat di sekitar tersebut diatas sering terjadi peredaran obat terlarang jenis pil sapi.

“Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan akhirnya pada tanggal dan waktu tersebut diatas, kita berhasil mengamankan FAP beserta barang bukti pil sapi sebanyak 12.975 butir dalam kemasan 13 botol plastik,” ungkapnya.

Dia menyebutkan barang terlarang tersebut menurut pengakuan FAP dipesan secara online melalui aplikasi jual beli yang ada di media sosial. Untuk mengetahui petugas barang tersebut dipesan dengan label pakan ternak ikan hias.

“Di bungkus paketnya barang tersebut tertulis pakan ikan hias. Barang bukti ini selain diperjual belikan juga dipakai sendiri,” jelas Honi.

Sementara FAB mengaku sudah menjual sebanyak 10 butir kepada pemakai dengan harga Rp.35.000,’ dan sudah memakai sendiri sebanyak 15 butir.

“Sudah laku 10 butir dengan harga Rp.35.000,-. Saya jual kepada teman yang sudah saya kenal,” ucapnya.
