JakartaBicara, Bitung – Satlantas Polres Bitung kembali menerima penghargaan sebagai Peringkat 3 se-Indonesia lewat program Kampung Tertib Lantas nya yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Batu Putih Atas dan Kelurahan Batu Putih Bawah Kecamatan Ranowulu Kota Bitung.
Program Kampung Tertib Lantas inovasi Satlantas Polres Bitung ini dinilai berhasil dalam memberikan edukasi tertib berlalulintas serta melatih keterampilan mengendarai kendaraan bermotor kepada masyarakat sesuai konsep kampung tertib berlalu lintas yang dilombakan Korlantas Polri untuk seluruh wilayah Indonesia.
Penerimaan penghargaan diserahkan langsung oleh Kakorlantas Polri Irjen Pol. Drs. Firman Shantyabudi, diterima Ditlantas Polda Sulut yang diwakili Kasubdit Kamsel Kompol Dolfie Rengkuan pada kegiatan Rapat kerja Subditkamsel di Mabes Polri, Kamis (2/6/2022) pagi tadi.
Program Kampung Tertib Lantas Satlantas Polres Bitung Polda Sulut ini mendapat juara 3 setelah Ditlantas Polda Papua Barat dan Polda NTT yang menempati juara pertama dan ke 2.
Kapolres Bitung AKBP Alam Kusuma S. Irawan lewat Kasat Lantas Polres Bitung AKP Awaludin Puhi mengatakan Konsep program Kampung Tertib Lantas berawal dari ingin menekan kecelakaan yang sering terjadi di lokasi tersebut akibat medan yang ekstrim dan lokasinya jauh dari Polres Bitung serta
“Awalnya kami ingin menjadikan etalase kampung wisata yang tertib dalam berlalulintas, selain itu masyarakat juga bisa diberikan pelatihan keterampilan, tatakrama dalam berkendara serta pengetahuan tentang Lalulintas yang aman dan tertib”, ucap Awaludin Puhi.
“Alhamdulilah Kelurahan atau kampung batu putih ini dulunya rawan terjadinya pelanggaran berubah total menjadi kawasan yang tertib berlalulintas serta berkurangnya laka lantas sampai 0% persen”, tambahnya.
“Pencapaian ini merupakan hasil kerja sama dengan masyarakat Kelurahan Batu Putih Atas dan Kelurahan Batu Putih Bawah yang sudah membantu Polres Bitung dalam mewujudkan pilot project Kampung Tertib Lantas di kota Bitung tercinta ini”, ucap Kasat Lantas Polres Bitung Awaludin Puhi.
