JakartaBicara, Pekanbaru -Sesuai dengan Keputusan PTUN Pekan Baru telah memutus Perkara No. 62/G/2021/PTUN.Pbr antara Penggugat Tn. Azhar Melawan Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kampar (Tergugat) dan Ny. Zulhayati (Tergugat II Intervensi), yg diputus dengan sistim online melalui e-court Mahkamah Agung pada hari Kamis 2 Juni 2022.

Yang intinya adalah Mengabulkan Gugatan Penggugat seluruhnya serta menyatakan Batal dan Mewajibkan Tergugat untuk Mencabut Objek Sengketa berupa Sertipikat Hak Milik (SHM) yang berjumlah 64 Sertipikat yang terletak di Jl. Rusa, RT. 10, RW.01, Dusun II, Sei Pantau, Desa Karya Indah, Kecamatan Tapung, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau, dengan rincian 3 SHM atas nama DIRWI LINDO BAKRI, 1 SHM Induk atas nama ZULHAYATI dan 60 SHM lagi berasal dari Pemisahan Sertipikat induk Ny. ZULHAYATI,

Kuasa Hukum Penggugat dari KANTOR HUKUM Dr. FREDDY SIMANJUNTAK, S.H., MH & Rekan, yang berkantor di Jl.
