JakartaBicara, Kalbar – Tindakan Aparat Penegak Hukum di Kalbar ,dalam melakukan pencegahan dan penindakan terutama terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi mendapat apresiasi dari berbagai pihak.

Akan tetapi ,menurut DR Sukahar SH ,MH Ketua Presidium Forum Wartawan & LSM Kalbar Indonesia belum lama ini mengatakan ,jangan lalu merasa puas hanya karena melakukan penangkapan dan penahanan terhadap 1 atau 2 orang pelaku tindak pidana koropsi ,sementara kasus -kasus yang lainnya di tinggalkan .

Menurut Sukahar ,masih banyak kasus – kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang sudah ditangani dan diperiksa baik oleh Polda Kalbar Dan Kajati Kalbar di sejumlah kota dan kabupaten yang ada di Kalbar ,malahan menjadi senyap alias hilang ceritra nya.

Bambang Iswanto A.Md Koordinator Kab.Sintang Forum Wartawan & LSM Kalbar Indonesia ,menyampaikan seperti kasus rekaman dugaan tindak pidana korupsi bagi-bagi proyek yang diduga dilakukan Chai Chu mi Wali Kota Singkawang ,yang secara resmi sudah dilaporkan ke Kajati Kalbar sejak 2 tahun lalu ,sampai saat ini belum ada progres nya .

Di tempat terpisah Wan Daly Suwandi ,Sekjen Forum Wartawan & LSM Kalbar Indonesia ,Minta kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum ,baik Polda Kalbar Dan Kajati Kalbar ,untuk melakukan pemberantasan terutama tindak pidana korupsi, Tidak hanya sebatas melakukan pemanggilan untuk mengklarifikasi laporan yang disampaikan oleh sejumlah pihak , akan tetapi diharapkan dapat meningkatkannya ke penyelidikan dan penyidikan supaya bisa menjadi jelas proses dan progres hukum nya.

Hal ini menghindari adanya dugaan – dugaan terhadap upaya penegakan hukum yang timpang dimata masyarakat , Seperti beberapa waktu yang lalu baik Polda Dan Kajati Kalbar ,telah memanggil sejumlah pejabat dan ASN di daerah dan sempat menjadi perbincangan di kalangan masyarakat ,namun akhirnya juga senyap dan hilang ceritra dari proses serta jerat hukum nya.
